Our mission is to provide a complete service to the end customer. The pieces are made starting from the consultancy, from the realization in compliance with the drawings and traceability, from the processing and treatment to the assembly, to the certification of the manufactured product and to final delivery.
OVER 30 YEARS OF HISTORY
1989 | Foundation
Luciano Marmiroli founds the Mabal snc company in Sorbolo in a small warehouse where he begins to work the rotor. In the following years he expands his custom with the integration of new machines for iron working.
MECHANICAL MACHINING
All company activities are supported by IT management:
from warehouse management, to processing programming, process control to finish with final testing.

We can carry out any type of processing on all types of construction steel, stainless and non, brass, aluminum, plastic materials, stainless steel and ferrous stainless steel.
PROCESSED MATERIALS
Based on the project design, the raw material is carefully selected and certified, each certification is cataloged both by delivery and by supplier, thus obtaining complete traceability of the raw material for a controlled supply chain. We work all types of construction steel, stainless and non, brass, aluminum, plastics, stainless steel and ferretic steel for stability purposes, scales and in the aeronautics field.
METROLOGICAL LABORATORY
Constant control of quality standards makes Metalcontrol s.r.l. at the forefront both for the measurement methods adopted and applied and for the high-precision instrumentation.
WIDE RANGE OF INSTRUMENTS
The calibration service of all the measuring instruments operating in the company with sample instruments such as grade 0 parallel flat blocks, reference plates for roughness and hardness checks, sample spheres, etc.
