Amada Carbide-Tipped Circular Saw Machine CMII-100DG
The CMB 100 CNC AMADA automatic circular sawing machine, thanks to its convenient control and Its frequency-controlled rotation speed adjustment meets the highest demands in terms of cutting precision and chip removal capacity, with greater costeffectiveness compared to other cutting and parting processes. With the CNC command, the cutting values and the different
combinations of cutting lengths / quantities can be predefined, so the machine is interested in holy even for smaller series. Thanks to the use of special disposable metal carbide blades, with a thickness of only 2 mm, in combination with a minimal cooling lubrication, they can achieve excellent smooth cutting surfaces and burr-free cutting sections.
An oblique loading magazine on the loading side and an automatic classification of the initial cut and the residual piece.
