The activation and maintenance of a Quality Management System compliant with Uni EN ISO 9001 ed. 2015 is a strategic choice of the top management of the organization, that derives from the need to successfully lead and operate the organization of Metalcontrol Srl: the Management is convinced that the success of the organization is closely related to an “integrated” management of the necessary processes to the realization of what is requested by customers both in terms of product conformity and in terms of service.

The corporate code of ethics is a type of document drawn up and adopted on a voluntary basis in a corporate environment. It defines a set of ethical and social norms to which company representatives must comply. It is also revealed as a strong motivation for compliance with quality rules, it stimulates corrective actions in order to improve relations between companies. The code of ethics is an integral document of the organization and management model drawn up pursuant to the Legislative Decree, 08/06/2001 n ° 231.

The Legality Rating is a type of ethical rating intended for Italian companies, created in 2012. In order to promote ethical principles in corporate conduct in Italy in implementation of the law converting the decree law 24 March 2012, n. 29, the Antitrust Authority (AGCM) in conjunction with the Ministries of Justice and the Interior, resolved in November 2012 the Regulation to define the attribution of the legality rating to companies operating in the national territory with turnover above 2 million euros.

Productive Investments
